At Varnam Natya, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our temple jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a fair and transparent return and exchange process.
Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging and tags.
Inspection & Approval
All returned products undergo quality inspection. Approved items will be processed for exchange or refund as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Customized jewellery, personalized orders, gift cards, and clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are available for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products reported within 7 days.
Exchange Process

Damaged Products
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video for verification.
Unboxing Video Requirement
For claims regarding:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
An uninterrupted unboxing video is required.
The video should clearly show:
- Package condition before opening
- Shipping label
- Complete unboxing process
- Product condition after opening
Refund Information
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
