- Enter your Order ID and registered email address or mobile number in the tracking form.
- Click the Track Order button to view the latest shipping updates.
You will be able to see real-time information about your order status and estimated delivery date.

- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with courier details and tracking information.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
- Handcrafted or made-to-order jewellery may require additional processing time.
If your tracking information has not been updated, please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for courier systems to refresh.
